My Scandinavian Project began with a trip to the lovely Horniman Museum & Gardens located in Forest Hill. It’s always a pleasure to visit as their garden is always blooming with beautiful flowers all year round, their cafe sells the most delicious cakes, there is also a little farm to explore (perfect if you have a little one), lots of different things going on inside the museum (some of which are free – Bargain!) and most importantly – the view looking over London is amazing!
I was particularly drawn to the vibrant wildflower meadows, needless to say all of the flowers were stunning. My 2-year-old boy enjoyed running around the maze in-between grass sprouting high around him which was a win as it meant he had fun whilst I took some lovely photos for my research.
